The Central Lab offers the use of Instruments for various purposes, mainly material characterization but also different analyses, without focusing on one specific research method, unlike the other three labs.
Most of the instruments in the Central Lab can be used independently without staff supervision, though approval might be required in some cases. More details can be found in the equipment page. Reservation of instruments is done on Bookit.
The Central Lab is located on the ground floor of the Ariowitsch Laboratory Building.
The Central Lab is run and maintained by Shoshi Shalom (08-94-89152) and Israel Meir (08-9489810).
